Flamboia Bundalinda and Gambito Pernafina, freshly graduated from the Franco-Brazilian Institute of Research on Silly Tragedies, are showing up to present you the sad and beautiful story of Rigoletto.

Recorded in SESC Santos (São Paulo-Brazil) and SESC circus festival Santa Maria (RS-Brazil)

Inspired by Giuseppe Verdi’s masterpiece, they will devote themselves heart and soul to interpret for you many colourful characters, like the endearing bouffon Rigoletto, his sweet daughter Gilda, the gallant Mantova Duke, or even the deceitful Sparafucile…

(Un)Fortunately, a numerous quantity of accidents will deviate their way from the opera, blending the clown’s catastrophes with the tragedy of the original epic !
